Bonded Abrasives

Bonded abrasives are cutting and grinding tools created by bonding abrasive grains into a solid matrix using resin, glass, or rubber. As the wheel spins against your workpiece, the outer layer wears away to expose fresh abrasive grains, ensuring consistent cutting performance. Cutting wheels are thin for precise cuts, while grinding wheels are thicker for surface removal, deburring, and metal fabrication tasks.
